The GHRH Analog — Sustained GH Release
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary and stimulates GH secretion. The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version has a half-life of 6–8 days due to albumin binding. Without DAC, half-life is ~30 minutes. It amplifies the amplitude of GH pulses rather than creating new ones.
The Clean GHRP — Selective GH Release
Ipamorelin is a selective Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP) and ghrelin mimetic. It stimulates GH secretion through ghrelin receptors in the pituitary. Unlike other GHRPs (GHRP-2, GHRP-6), Ipamorelin does NOT significantly raise cortisol or prolactin, making it the cleanest GHRP available. It creates pulsatile GH release mimicking the body's natural pattern.
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are not competitors — they're partners. CJC-1295 (GHRH analog) amplifies the size of GH pulses while Ipamorelin (GHRP) triggers the pulse itself. Together, they produce synergistic GH release that's 3–5x greater than either alone. This is why the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin stack is the most widely used GH peptide combination in the world. If you're choosing just one: Ipamorelin alone is safer and cleaner; CJC-1295 alone provides sustained elevation but without the pulse trigger.
Stack protocol: CJC-1295 (without DAC) 100–200 mcg + Ipamorelin 100–200 mcg in the same syringe, injected before bed. This mimics the body's natural nocturnal GH surge. For advanced users: add a second injection post-workout. Cycle 3–6 months on, 1–2 months off.
