What is BPC-157 Oral?

BPC-157 is unique among peptides in being stable in gastric acid and orally bioavailable. Oral BPC-157 is particularly effective for gastrointestinal conditions (IBD, leaky gut, SIBO, ulcers) and provides systemic healing effects. While injectable BPC-157 is preferred for localized injuries, oral administration is ideal for gut-specific conditions and those who prefer not to inject.

Mechanism of Action

Oral BPC-157 survives gastric acid and is absorbed through the GI mucosa. It acts locally on GI tissue to promote mucosal healing, reduce inflammation, stimulate angiogenesis in gut tissue, and modulate the gut-brain axis. Systemically, it reaches the bloodstream and provides the same healing effects as injectable BPC-157.

BPC-157 Oral Dosing Protocol

500 mcg–1 mg/day oral, taken on an empty stomach (30 minutes before eating) for maximum absorption. For gut-specific conditions: 500 mcg twice daily. Cycle: 4–8 weeks. Capsules or dissolved in water are both effective.

Frequently Asked Questions about BPC-157 Oral

Is oral BPC-157 as effective as injectable?
For gut conditions, oral BPC-157 may actually be superior to injectable because it delivers the peptide directly to the GI mucosa. For systemic healing and localized injuries, injectable is more effective. Many researchers use both: oral for gut health and injectable near injury sites.
