What is CJC-1295?
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It comes in two forms: CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) which produces a natural pulsatile GH release, and CJC-1295 with DAC which provides sustained GH elevation for days. The 'without DAC' version is preferred by most researchers for its more physiological action.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, stimulating the synthesis and release of growth hormone. The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version covalently binds to albumin in the bloodstream, extending its half-life from 30 minutes to 6–8 days. Without DAC, it produces a sharp GH pulse that mimics natural physiology.
CJC-1295 Dosing Protocol
CJC-1295 without DAC: 100–300 mcg per injection, 2–3 times daily, always stacked with Ipamorelin at the same dose/timing. CJC-1295 with DAC: 2 mg once or twice per week (standalone or with Ipamorelin). Cycle: 12–16 weeks.
