What is Hexarelin?
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide GHRP and the most potent growth hormone secretagogue ever developed. It produces the largest GH pulse of any GHRP. Uniquely, it also has direct cardioprotective effects independent of GH — it binds to CD36 receptors in cardiac tissue, making it the only GHRP with proven direct heart benefits.
Mechanism of Action
Hexarelin activates ghrelin receptors (GHSR-1a) with the highest affinity of any synthetic GHRP, producing massive GH pulses. It also binds to CD36 receptors in cardiac tissue, providing direct cardioprotective effects including reduced ischemia-reperfusion injury.
Hexarelin Dosing Protocol
100–200 mcg subcutaneous injection 2–3 times daily. Lower doses than other GHRPs due to higher potency. Cycle: 4–8 weeks (receptor desensitization occurs faster than with other GHRPs). Rotate with Ipamorelin.
