What is NAD+?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body, essential for energy metabolism, DNA repair, and longevity signaling. NAD+ levels decline by ~50% between ages 40 and 60, and this decline is directly linked to aging, metabolic disease, and neurodegeneration. Mechanism of Action
