What is Pinealon?
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) bioregulator developed by Professor Khavinson that specifically targets the pineal gland. The pineal gland regulates circadian rhythms, melatonin production, and has significant neuroprotective functions. Pinealon restores pineal function that declines with age.
Mechanism of Action
Pinealon acts as an epigenetic regulator, penetrating cell nuclei and interacting with DNA to normalize gene expression in pineal cells. It restores melatonin synthesis, regulates circadian rhythm genes (CLOCK, BMAL1), has antioxidant effects in neural tissue, and promotes neuronal survival.
Pinealon Dosing Protocol
10 mg total per cycle (1 mg/day for 10 days, intramuscular or subcutaneous). Repeat 1–2 times per year. Can also be used intranasally at 1–2 mg/day.
