What is SLU-PP-915?
SLU-PP-915 is a next-generation ERRα (estrogen-related receptor alpha) agonist developed at Washington University in St. Louis, building on the research behind SLU-PP-332. It shows improved selectivity for ERRα over ERRγ compared to its predecessor, potentially offering a more targeted approach to metabolic enhancement with a refined side effect profile.
Mechanism of Action
SLU-PP-915 selectively activates ERRα, which regulates mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, and oxidative phosphorylation in muscle and other metabolic tissues. ERRα activation increases mitochondrial density, improves fat burning efficiency, and enhances endurance capacity through PGC-1α coactivation.
SLU-PP-915 Dosing Protocol
No established human dosing protocol. Research is in early stages. Animal studies suggest similar dosing to SLU-PP-332. Community experimentation: 10–50 mg/day oral. This is cutting-edge research territory.
