What is SLU-PP-915?

SLU-PP-915 is a next-generation ERRα (estrogen-related receptor alpha) agonist developed at Washington University in St. Louis, building on the research behind SLU-PP-332. It shows improved selectivity for ERRα over ERRγ compared to its predecessor, potentially offering a more targeted approach to metabolic enhancement with a refined side effect profile.

Mechanism of Action

SLU-PP-915 selectively activates ERRα, which regulates mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, and oxidative phosphorylation in muscle and other metabolic tissues.
