What is TB-500?

TB-500 is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring peptide Thymosin Beta-4, found in virtually all human and animal cells. It is one of the most potent systemic healing peptides available, with a unique ability to travel through the bloodstream to sites of injury and promote repair from within.

Mechanism of Action

TB-500 works by upregulating actin — the protein that builds cell structure and enables cell migration. It promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), reduces inflammation via NF-κB pathway modulation, activates satellite cells for muscle repair, and promotes stem cell differentiation. Its small molecular size allows it to circulate systemically.

TB-500 Dosing Protocol

Loading phase: 2–2.5 mg twice per week for 4–6 weeks. Maintenance: 2–2.5 mg once per week. Total cycle: 6–12 weeks. For acute injuries, some researchers use 5 mg/week for the first 2 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions about TB-500

What is the difference between TB-500 and BPC-157?
BPC-157 is localized — it works best injected near the injury site and excels at gut healing. TB-500 is systemic — it circulates throughout the body and is better for widespread inflammation, cardiac repair, and when you don't know exactly where the injury is. They stack powerfully together.
How long does TB-500 take to work?
Most users notice reduced inflammation and improved mobility within 1–2 weeks of the loading protocol. Full tissue repair takes 6–12 weeks.
