What is Vesugen?

Vesugen is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator (Lys-Glu-Asp) developed by Professor Khavinson that specifically targets vascular tissue — blood vessels and endothelium. It normalizes endothelial function, reduces arterial stiffness, and protects against age-related vascular decline.

Mechanism of Action

Vesugen activates chromatin in endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, normalizing gene expression. It promotes endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) expression, reduces inflammation in vessel walls, improves vascular tone, and has anticoagulant properties.

Vesugen Dosing Protocol

10 mg total per cycle (1 mg/day intramuscular for 10 days). Repeat 1–2 times per year. Often combined with Cortagen for comprehensive cardiovascular support.

Frequently Asked Questions about Vesugen

Can Vesugen help with high blood pressure?
Research suggests Vesugen can help normalize blood pressure by improving endothelial function and vascular tone. It works through eNOS upregulation (increasing nitric oxide, a natural vasodilator) and reducing vascular inflammation. It is not a replacement for antihypertensive medications but may complement them.
